Job Description

● Answering all telephone conversations of the CEO and establishing communication between the CEO and various authorities. ● Typing and printing letters related to the CEO. ● Coordinating meetings. ● Sending letters issued and registered in the system after the signature of the CEO. ● Preparing management reports and related minutes.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, or Public Relations. ● Fluent in Persian and English typing. ● Full familiarity with registering and issuing letters. ● Very good public relations.
