Job Description

● Make correspondence and phone calls. ● Correspondence by email. ● Writing a letter in Persian. ● Coordination of office management activities. ● Registration, control, and maintenance of incoming and outgoing letters and packages. ● Prepare required reports and submit them to management. ● Provide administrative support to office staff. ● Perform general administrative and maintenance duties and archiving reports. ● Make travel arrangements (visa, hotel, ticket, etc.) and manage the program. ● Carry out affairs related to the head of the CEO's office.

Requirements

● Female, maximum 35 years old. ● Have proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative roles. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. ● Have excellent organizational skills and time management. ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ● A person with precision and detail orientation. ● An honest and secretive person. ● Having a great work commitment and teamwork spirit. ● Someone interested in learning. ● An ambitious, motivated, and innovative person.
