Job Description

The office manager is expected to keep the office running smoothly by carrying out a range of administrative, financial, and managerial tasks. ● Performing administrative tasks such as arranging all office-related issues and organizing the schedules of the CEO and the company. ● Doing research and writing reports related to the activities of the company. ● Organizing meetings and managing databases. ● Booking transport and accommodation. ● Organizing company events and conferences. ● Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries. ● Preparing letters, presentations, and reports. ● Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff. ● Processing invoices and managing office budgets. ● Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems. ● Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date. ● Attending meetings with senior management if required. ● Assisting the organization's HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date. ● Arranging interviews and updating financial documents.


● Experience in an administrative role. ● Knowledge of administrative software packages. ● Excellent interpersonal and time management skills. ● Basic accounting skills. ● A reliable person.
