Job Description

● Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings. ● Assist with the preparation of presentations and narrative documentation. ● Follow through with allocated tasks and ensure appropriate and timely action on deliverables. ● Prepare materials for meetings and provide post-meeting follow-up notes. ● Prepare administrative letters. ● Handle telephone calls.

Requirements

● 4 years of experience in related fields. ● Written and verbal communication skills. ● Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness. ● Flexibility and multitasking. ● Detail-oriented. ● Advanced in MS Office.
