Job Description

● Answering income phone calls. ● Welcoming clients. ● Managing office . ● Consulting clients by phone about educational immigration. ● Event management. ● Managing clients' appointments. ● Managing office expenses. ● Customer relation management by being in contact with them and finding solutions for their problems.

Requirements

● Advance knowledge of English ● Advance knowledge of ICDL. ● High qualified in the relationship. ● High qualified in consulting by phone. ● Self motivated and patient. ● Able to handle multi-tasks. ● Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. ● At least one year experience of working in the same position. ● At least a bachelor's degree in any major is required.
