Job Description

● Handling letters and correspondence in Persian and English. ● Answering phone calls (Local and international). ● Sending and receiving Faxes. ● Assisting the management in other tasks and activities. ● Coordinating meetings and appointments, recording office costs. ● Archiving reports, memos, letters, and other documents.

Requirements

● At least two years of work experience. ● Familiarity with administrative procedures. ● Excellent organizational skills with the ability to think actively and prioritize work. ● Experience using office equipment such as printers and fax machines. ● Having organizational skills. ● Time management ability. ● Ability to solve problems. ● Fluent in English. ● Ideal age range: 24 to 35 years.
