Job Summary To provide Occupational Health, Safety, Ergonomic and work psychology services to all MTN Irancell employees and ensure suitable work environment, mental & physical health for all of them. Responsibilities -Coordination with Province Health Networks. -Recognition and Documenting Regulations and Guidelines. -Health Defects Registration. -Determining a clear policy in line with health standards according to the specific conditions -consideration and providing solution of Headquarter and Regions HSE Issues. -Determining Health and Safety Indexes. -Regular Site Visits. -Develop a program of continuous visits to the work process (in terms of health) and health conditions of work, workers, and the work environment. -Emergency Response and First Aid. -Risk Assessment and Control. -Coordination with the health center. -Determining and announcing the centers of creating health hazards in the workplace to the employer. -Personal Protective Equipment selection and monitoring. -Pandemics Management. -Follow up on vaccinations periodically.
