Job Description

● Inform and raise awareness among employees regarding occupational health and safety issues and the environment. ● Plan and implement the necessary measures to comply with safety, occupational health, and environment requirements. ● Update safety, occupational health, and environment requirements. ● Cooperate in identifying occupational health and safety risks and also environmental aspects of the organization's activities with the cooperation of other departments. ● Prepare safety, occupational health, and environment documents for contractors' activities and notification to them. ● Monitor the implementation of preventive actions in order to ensure constant readiness and also record the identified non-conformities in the form of corrective action or preventive action and follow up on the specified actions. ● Follow and conduct all employee recruitment and annual medical checkup. ● Be part of the team by suggesting creative ideas to support business continuity and sustain the HSE management system. ● Identify, evaluate, and implement health and safety programs, and follow up the evaluation of workplace harmful factors. ● Prepare matrix, calendar, and training need assessment in the field of HSE for workshop employees. Provide the necessary health and safety training in the workplace and support managers in advancing specific tasks and processes in the field of health training in the workplace. ● Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the manager’s request. ● Prepare MSDS of chemicals. ● Design HSE checklists required by the organization. ● Identify, plan, implement, monitor, and effectiveness of pest control and insect control program. ● Safety, health, and environmental operational control of all parts of the factory.

Requirements

● Age range: 20 to 35 years old. ● Gender preference: Male/Female. ● Military service: an end-of-service/exemption card is mandatory. ● Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health Engineering. ● Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level. ● Proficient in 14001 and 45001 standards. ● Familiarity with occupational health, safety, and also environmental rules. ● At least 3 years of relevant work experience. ● Familiarity with Turkish is considered an advantage. ● Ability to work with Microsoft Office.
