Job Description

● Maintain high standards for the company’s food safety and handle the practices, constantly seek ways to improve processes. ● Oversee daily food preparation and ensure proper safety protocols are followed. ● Collaborate with chefs and supervisors to develop food service plans and programs that are compliant with health and safety guidelines. ● Coordinate the inspection of the restaurants and cafes of the company regularly in order to detect the food safety indicators and determine the alignment in terms of employees’ health indicators related to the food. ● Stay up to date on current governmental guidelines to inform the protocols. ● Diagnose the nutrition-related health problems of the employees and prescribe a diet or medicine. ● Counsel the employees on their health issues related to nutrition in order to ensure their health.

Requirements

● At least 3 years of clinical experience. ● Doctorate or Ph.D. in Nutrition. ● Critical thinking. ● Advanced interpersonal skills. ● Anticipation and adaptation. ● Listening and empathy skills. ● Attention to detail.
