Job Description

● Deploying and inspecting IT network systems. ● Monitoring the performance and capacity of the network. ● Performing regular checks on network hardware and software. ● Responding to network alerts and hardware malfunctions. ● Diagnosing and troubleshooting network errors. ● Tracking and documenting network issues and compiling incident reports. ● 24/7 responsibility for network availability.

Requirements

● Extensive experience working as a NOC engineer. ● Ability to work flexible hours. ● Knowledge of monitoring software such as Zabbix, PRTG, Solarwinds, NetFlow Analyzer, etc. ● Great at organizing, prioritizing, multitasking, and team-working. ● At least 2 years of experience in NOC. ● Fluent in CCNA. ● Fluent in CCNP Enterprise.
