Job Description

● Identify organizational processes and determine their monitoring and measurement indicators. ● Check the performance of technical units on ticketing systems and prepare reports for senior managers. ● Follow up the process of the ticketing system.

Requirements

● Familiarity with the concepts of process maturity of organizations (telecom industry). ● Ability to review processes related to service strategy and basic concepts such as UP and BRM. ● Ability to identify and examine the group of service design processes and their relationship to each other and basic concepts such as SLA and OLA. ● Familiarity with SDP and CRM systems. ● Mastery in Office, especially Excel.
