Job Description

● Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading, developing, and motivating sales associates. ● Provide ongoing training, motivation, and development of sales associates to ensure that sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained. ● Meet or exceed targeted sales quotas and productivity standards. ● Provide consistent and motivated leadership and direction to all staff and team members. ● Ensure that sales staff is appropriately trained and competent to perform their job duties. ● Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit. ● Collect customer feedback and market research.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related fields. ● At least 5 years of work experience. ● Having a history of management work, especially in chain stores. ● Familiarity with sales techniques and the power of market analysis of competitors. ● Ability to evaluate the performance and strengths of current and recruiting forces. ● Ability to guide the sales team and provide fast and functional solutions.
