Job Description

● Supervise construction sites. ● Responsible for ensuring that a construction project is completed on time and within budget. ● Determine and define project scope and objectives. ● Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources/contractors in an effective and efficient manner. ● Check equipment and operating systems and correct them wherever necessary. ● Ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality.

Requirements

● Master's degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Project Management. ● At least 15 years of experience in project control and planning preferably in construction projects. ● Knowledge of mining projects. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. ● Ability to multitask. ● Excellent written and verbal skills. ● Ability to work as part of a team and on my own taking full responsibility for an area of work. ● Ability to prepare a “Time Schedule” with the assistance of a project control person. ● Ability to prepare “WBS” and “CBS”.
