Job Description

● Responsible for the implementation and management of the Microsoft Windows server infrastructure that supports the applications for production and business work at Behsa Corporation. ● Will work with all levels of employees to implement, maintain, and support the most efficient, cost effective set of solutions in the underlying Windows server architecture. ● Will work in a team environment to coordinate, implement, and support changes to the environment using technical tools and processes to maintain consistency, availability, and stability in performance and function.

Requirements

● 2-5 years of senior level Administration with Windows Server Operating Systems. ● Acceptable knowledge of Windows PowerShell. ● Fundamental knowledge in networking principles (TCP/IP, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP). ● Good experience in Active Directory forests and Microsoft infrastructure services. ● Deep Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory administration, including user/group. administration, security permissions, group policies, analyze event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring. ● Well-versed with group policy. ● Understanding the DNS concept for Active Directory and MS Exchange environment. ● Familiar with Microsoft IIS administration and configuration. ● Maintain enterprise level configurations and management systems for Microsoft Exchange ● Strong experience in Mail Flow and Anti-Spam Technologies. ● Familiar with Skype for Business services, including Mobility, Edge Services, MS Exchange Integration, HLB and DNS Load Balancing . ● Familiar with MS SQL service. Preferred qualifications: ● Strong experience in SQL Always-On Technology and MS SQL Availability Groups. ● Familiar with Hypervisor platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware. ● Fully understand Microsoft Messaging services. ● A solid understanding of IT best practices. Required education: ● University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of two years of prior relevant experience.
