Responsibilities: ● Responsible for the development of merchants after acquisition and maximizing their potential. ● Gather insights and understand pain points from merchants and develop efficient solutions to solve them. ● Monitor business metrics, financial performance, marketing, and product enhancement to improve our relationship with merchants. ● Develop, document, and, implement efficient processes and communications for engaging with merchants at every stage (on-boarding, incubation, training, ... process). ● Investigate opportunities for building partnerships in new communities and markets with product and market research, landscape analysis, and competitor analysis. ● Cultivate our relationships with merchants, develop a deep understanding of their goals, motivations, and obstacles, and to better evaluate and develop our partnership models. ● Manage the activities and performance of the account management team.

Requirements

● Preferably at least 4 years of expertise in vendor management. ● Strong negotiation skills. ● Problem distinguishing and creativity in providing solutions. ● Effective communication and presentation skills. ● Well-experienced in merchant and vendor management. ● Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). ● Strong ability to build rapport among multiple stakeholders. ● Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. ● Team management ability. ● Ability to analyze data to get insights. ● Ability to define and implement processes.
