● Periodically visits HCPs in hospitals, health clinics, private clinics, and private hospitals to establish strong relations and become the preferred brand with HCPs.
● Convince HCPs to recommend or prescribe our products and brands through the appropriate level of scientific/commercial argumentation and relationship development.
● Identify business opportunities within the respective area.
● Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain all product information to answer any question from HCP.
● Participate in daily and/or weekly meetings to discuss the market situation and problems.
● Provide direct assistance to team members and monitor work issues related to the achievement of business KPIs.
● Determine what change of attitude and behavior is required from HCPs to impact positively on our products and brands.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Medical, Biology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or other relevant fields.
● Fluent in English.
