● Regular visits to physicians and pharmacies for assigned products.
● Manage area coverage for the territory.
● Prepare call reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
● Give feedback to sales supervisors on market news, and doctors' and pharmacies' requests.
● Medical objection handling (with the help of the medical team).
● Solve any problems with doctors and pharmacies within the area.
● Work in line with company policies to meet and exceed set sales targets.
● Carry out research to obtain information relevant to meeting the scientific and business needs of medical professionals.
● Participate in conferences and seminars to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
● Organize sales campaigns to create awareness and increase product publicity.
● Monitor industry trends to identify product demand, degree of competition, and price of competing products.
Requirements
● At least Bachelor's degree in related fields.
● Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Good command of English.
● Ability to travel within the country (as needed).
● Good command of MS Office.
● Ideal age range: 23 to 35 years old.
