● Communicating with and persuading targeted doctors to prescribe our products effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis.
● Working with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
● Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the area sales manager.
● Meeting the doctors, specialties, and pharmacists and presenting products to them
● Presenting product information and delivering product samples.
● Demonstrating or presenting the products to doctors and pharmacists.
● Suggesting better ways for company product branding.
● Applying territory planning to get the maximum use of time and best area coverage for both doctors and pharmacists.
● Maximizing efforts to achieve the targets.
● Solving any problems with doctors and pharmacists.
● Organizing visit plan for a medical representative team.
● Reporting to the marketing manager.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Veterinary, or Pharmacy.
● Ability to acquire and maintain appropriate scientific and medical product knowledge.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Good negotiation skills.
● Good interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
● Good command of computer knowledge.
● Willing to work out of the office.
● Good command of written and spoken English.
● Ideal age range: 22 to 35 years old.
