Job Description

● Lead medical team activities related to the whole franchise. ● Final review and approval of all promotional material, PR and MCM, slide sets, training materials, advisory board contents, and scientific events contents. ● Lead KOL interaction, advocacy development, and territory mapping of MSLs. ● Provide strategic guidance for developing an annual medical tactical plan. ● Scientific events and congress attendance. ● Ensure all medical activities are planned, executed, and run in compliance with Abidi/Cobel SOP and national guidance. ● Ensure smooth and collaborative cross-functional partnership on all relevant medical projects. ● Ensure the pharmacovigilance process is implemented and followed. ● Manage resources as appropriate to address business needs. ● Lead regular team meetings, updates, and tracks progress against priori.

Requirements

● MD. ● Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical team as a medical advisor. ● At least 2 years of experience in people management and team leadership. ● Medical and scientific writing skills. ● Knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas with the ability to interact with relevant KOLs. ● Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market and strategies. ● Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ● Fluent in English.
