● Accountable for developing medical strategy and ensuring execution as appropriate.
● Builds and maintains trusted scientific relationships and a credible scientific reputation for the company’s products.
● Provide an optimal understanding of patients' unmet medical needs and the evolution of the patient journey.
● Develop strong peer-to-peer scientific partnerships with KOLs in alignment with the company strategy.
● Adapt and update patient treatment and management flow based on the new guideline and new treatment entrants.
● Scientific and clinical support to medico-marketing activities and field-based teams to support the company’s products.
● Provide promotional material, training materials, advisory board content, and scientific events content.
● Ensure compliance with external laws and internal regulations regarding the appropriate conduct of the company's activities.
● Scientific events and congress attendance.
● Responsible for enabling scientific dialogue with Health Care Professionals based on marketing strategy.
● Medical presents the company products in the field /events and webinars as a speaker.
● Work with the marketing department to develop marketing strategies and materials.
● Contribute to strategic planning for product commercialization.
● Demonstrate a strategic approach to the implementation of scientific communication programs on disease areas and treatments.
● Work closely with the medical representation teams as their trainer to make sure that information about all the company’s products.
● Conduct analysis of competitors' products.
● Conduct proposals for clinical trials and research studies.
● Provide support to the regulatory affairs department for obtaining applicable product licenses.
Requirements
● MD or Pharmacist.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in medical affairs (especially in pharmaceutical companies).
● Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market and strategies.
● Knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas with the ability to interact with relevant KOLs.
● Familiar with all aspects of drug development, MOH regulation, and regulation of promotional materials.
● Fluent in English.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Good planning skills.
● Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
