Job Description

As a medical advisor, you will be responsible for enabling scientific dialogue with Health Care Professionals based on marketing portfolio strategy and in cross-functional collaboration with other functions of the Field Force (RMA, FMA, FSM, and KAM), with the aim to position Novo Nordisk as the preferred partner in diabetes. ● Plan and develop partnership agreements with the key opinion leaders and influencers, on the right activity, based on NN´s portfolio strategies in order to generate advocacy for NN´s products aligned with the regional sales plan. ● Provide quality medical and scientific support, education, and training to internal and external customers. ● Help in developing and maintaining medico-marketing strategy. ● Participate in cycle meetings and yearly strategy meetings. ● Take a proactive role in stimulating ideas within the diabetes business unit on medical and medico marketing issues. ● Provide medical information support for marketing campaigns. ● Customer service – answer emergency calls while the office is closed. ● Medical approval of promotional material in accordance with NN procedure and Iranian M.O.H rules. ● Substitute for reporting CC/AEs to CCC/IPS for marketed products.

Requirements

● Being a Medical Doctor or Pharmacist is a must. ● 2 to 3 years of pharmaceutical experience. ● High level of communication skills and stakeholder management. ● Skillful in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel. ● Fluent in both English and Farsi. About the department The CMR department is of strategic relevance to the organization and is a business partner. Along with medical affairs, the regulatory and pharmacovigilance report to the head of the department (HOD).
