Job Description

● Contribute to the development of the medical component of the brand strategy, and develop a medical plan for each assigned product, in support of the brand plans. ● Develop and implement therapeutic area-specific medical plans and publication plans. ● Contribute to the development of brand strategies and key marketing messages. ● Work with the medical affairs manager and marketing manager to develop the KOL and stakeholders' engagement plans in accordance with the overall strategic brand plans. ● Manage publications related to the brands. ● Train and scientific updating of marketing and sales forces in the field of company products, competitor products, and the latest scientific advances in the field. ● Provide advice and answers to scientific questions posed by sales and marketing forces. ● Attend marketing and sales visits to answer physicians' questions and field needs. ● Scientific research and advice to business development, marketing, and sales and production units on expanding the product portfolio of the company. ● Contribute to the development, attend and present at appropriate meetings (advisory board meetings, investigator meetings, KOL meetings, CME, etc.). ● Support the marketing strategy for therapeutic area products by being a key member of cross-functional teams. ● Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the therapeutic area by reviewing the literature, discussing with key opinion leaders and key stakeholders, participating in cross-functional interactions, attending scientific congresses, etc. ● Contribute to preparing and reviewing promotional materials for medical accuracy and compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations. ● Develop and present scientific presentation materials. ● Scientifically investigate the complaints of the company's main clients (physicians and pharmacists) by contacting them and reporting to the pharmacovigilance department. ● Collaborate with the clinical trial department in the design and implementation of clinical studies and the preparation of scientific articles related to the company's products and clients.

Requirements

● Medical or Pharmacy Doctorate and sufficient knowledge of products or medical fields. ● Previous experience as a pharmaceutical medical person is a privilege. ● Capability to solve the problem internally and externally related to responsible products that sometimes need practical judgment. ● Good communication and presentation skills. ● Ability to work independently and as a team member. ● Excellent command of English. ● Ideal age range: 28 to 35 years old.
