Job Description
● Design: Machines and devices that make and package any type of product, rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, blowers, turbomachines (turbines, etc.), internal combustion engines, pressure vessels, reactors, heat exchangers, exchangers Piping systems, vehicles such as cars, trucks, buses, airplanes, trains, etc., material handling equipment such as conveyors, robots, and controller design for dynamic systems.
● Analysis: failure and wear of devices, improving the performance and reliability of components, heat transfer systems, mechanical vibrations, acoustic and piezoelectric.
● Manufacturing: Traditional machining processes, non-traditional machining processes, forming processes including sheet and volumetric forming, design and fabrication of molds and joints, connection and welding methods, heat treatment, casting methods, metrology and measurement systems.
● Quality control: testing the quality, safety, and reliability of products, devices, and processes.
● New fields: Nanotechnology, Microelectromechanical systems (sensor and operation), Nano-dimensional drug delivery systems, Micro and nanofluid systems, Nanorobots.
