Job Description
● Design: machines and devices that make and package any type of product, rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, blowers, turbomachines (turbines), internal combustion engines, pressure vessels, reactors, heat exchangers, boilers, piping systems, vehicles such as cars, trucks, buses, airplanes, trains, etc., material handling equipment such as conveyor belts, robots and controller design for dynamic systems.
● Analysis: failure of devices, improving the performance and reliability of parts, heat transfer systems, mechanical, acoustic, and piezoelectric vibrations.
● Manufacturing and Production: traditional machining processes, non-traditional machining processes, forming processes including sheet and volume forming, design and manufacture of molds and constraints, connection and welding methods, heat treatment, casting methods, metrology, and measurement systems.
● Quality Control: testing the quality, security, and reliability of products, devices, and processes.
