-A mechanic specialist for the automotive and metallurgy industry for two generations of production and quality control.
-Perform mechanical analysis and mechanical design verification.
-Preparing and reviewing technical documents related to the products.
-Coordinate between disciplines and communicate effectively with all parties involved in the design and construction process.
-Communicate with the consultant of the project and reach a consensus if there were any divisions.
-Do Value Engineering in order to find the best solution.
-Provide quality leadership for a factory by setting the quality strategy, improving quality standards, goals, and objectives.
-Monitor and advice on how the quality management system performs, Issue data and reports workshop performance.
-Advise on changes in quality procedures and systems, implements new systems where necessary and provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality.
-Coordinate inspection activities with the third party inspectors and authorities.
Requirements
-At least Bachelor in degree in mechanical engineering or metallurgy engineering, familiar with the automotive industry and also quality control of pm parts.
-At least 3 years of work experience.
-A full-fledged competence in correspondence and familiar with ISO.
-Fluent in English at speaking, writing, reading.
-Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Strong technical skills and team working ability.
-Capability of working in critical / urgent situation.
-Age 28-35 years old.
