We are looking for a Talent for our company who is expected to play a role as Marketing Expert. Key Responsibilities are full time operating with:
- Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market through the 4 P.
- Manage the advertising through agencies.
- Monitor and analyze the media.
- Manage brands BTL activities including sampling, merchandising, events and POS Medias
- Familiar with media baying and media planning (ATL & BTL)
- Active participation in product and package design groups
- Align with cross functional team on Brand activation calendar & execute brand related projects & activation
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
- Support Marketing function in managing external agencies & deliverable from them
- Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing and sale campaigns
- Participate in creative development and deliver within timelines
- Allocation of the products to each POS for maximizing the sales results
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research
- Guide day to day marketing activities
Travel requirements: Occasional travel within country
Requirements
University qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
Previous experience:
- At least three-years working experience in brand management or related fields
- Experience in related industry (Consumer goods) is a plus, but is not mandatory
Specialist knowledge:
- MS office especially Excel and PowerPoint
-Highly experienced in presentation skills
