Job Description

Espandar Group is currently looking for a marketing specialist with a background in the construction market for one of the subsidiaries in its head office in Tehran. The marketing specialist will work directly under the supervision of the marketing manager. The role will be based in Tehran, Farmanieh avenue, and will include travel outside the city. A day in the life: ● Identifying and analyzing the market, competitors, and customers. ● Collecting data needed for business development related to customer needs. ● Creating and developing new channels to attract customers by identifying needs. ● Monitoring the implementation of branding and advertising strategies and programs. ● Assisting teams in producing advertising tools in line with brand identity and values. ● Assessing the current position of the brand in the market, and monitoring the growth path under the supervision of the marketing manager.

Requirements

● Two years of experience in marketing, branding, and business development, preferably with a background in the construction market. ● Master's degree in Marketing or an MBA graduate. ● Knowledge of marketing and operational principles of market development. ● Familiarity with branding and visual identity principles in marketing and public relations. ● Familiarity with business models. ● Ability to analyze information and prepare statistical reports. ● Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. ● Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
