Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and driven Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team in ”Sabke Zendegi Khalagh (Alinland) as one of the subsidiaries of eCommerce and retail holding company“. Working in the marketing team, you’ll play a critical role in the progression of the brand, supporting the execution of the marketing strategy and delivering marketing campaigns. This role will be incredibly varied & fast-paced, from developing big campaigns to executing plans for new city launches, sponsorship & FMCG partner activations, as well as supporting wider business initiatives and objectives. Responsibilities: ● Develop and contribute to the brand marketing strategy. ● Beyond the long-term strategy, always be prepared to look out for communication or marketing opportunities. ● Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, search, social media, etc. ● Develop the creative platform across key marketing channels throughout the consumer journey, understanding how consumers engage and tweaking messages accordingly. ● Provide reporting and analysis of marketing data including campaign results, conversion, and online traffic. ● Manage A/B testing and measurement, optimizing for KPIs across various campaigns and reporting impact. ● Define and implement best practices. ● Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups. ● Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals. ● Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly. ● Manage multiple projects gracefully while balancing contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment. ● Ensure the wider team and business adhere to brand guidelines, review work from other departments, and collaborate with them for the best output.

Requirements

● At least Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or other related fields. ● At least 5 years of experience as a marketing manager or similar role in the eCommerce industry. ● Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, often ambiguous environment, with multiple streams, topics, and stakeholders to manage. ● Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication and creation skills. ● Proven business judgment, consumer marketing skillset, as well as strategic and analytical capabilities. ● Prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and other digital channels. ● Strong analytic and quantitative skills; ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs. ● Strong project management skills.
