  • Leadership: Responsible for leading and motivating a talented marketing team to achieve their full potential.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retentionPolicy and Procedure Management: Develop, review, and manage all Marketing policies and procedures, including best practices and process guidelines.
  • Social Media Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of social media platforms such as Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, etc. to create and manage engaging and effective social media teams.
  • Management: Oversee marketing campaigns, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to create high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive analysis of Competitors to refine marketing approaches.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
  • Team improvement: Leading the team based on the best and most up-to-date marketing systems in the world and continuously training and guiding members toward the company's goals.

Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in a similar marketing team leadership role, demonstrating effective management of marketing teams and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their role in marketing.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, which can be relevant to the company's operations.
