Social Media Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of social media platforms such as Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, etc. to create and manage engaging and effective social media teams.
Management: Oversee marketing campaigns, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to create high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive analysis of Competitors to refine marketing approaches.
Budget Management: Efficiently manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
Team improvement: Leading the team based on the best and most up-to-date marketing systems in the world and continuously training and guiding members toward the company's goals.
Requirements
A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.
At least 5 years of managerial experience in a similar marketing team leadership role, demonstrating effective management of marketing teams and infrastructure.
Knowledge of social media platforms and their role in marketing.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, which can be relevant to the company's operations.
