Job Description

In this role, you will act as an insight analyst who translates analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for the brand and value team and our marketing/sales functions. Your recommendations will incorporate an understanding of both the marketing and sales teams' goals, and the analytical skills, tools, data, and processes needed to achieve them. Insight analysts are responsible for analyzing data and insights to help companies make better business decisions. They may work with a variety of different types of data, including customer information, sales figures, market trends, or other relevant metrics. The main tasks of this position are as follows: ● Take ownership of the commercial data warehouse, analytics, and reporting platforms; provides vision and direction that enables Marina to be a data-driven organization. ● Foster and deepen the culture of data-driven decision-making across brands, functions, and business operations. ● translate analytic insights into tangible actionable solutions for our marketing and sales team. ● Build scalable internal systems and processes that allow the analytics function to deliver maximum insights and impact. ● Develop and maintain reporting (using BI) that provides simplified, actionable business insights to each team of stakeholders. ● Own all the internal market study and research campaigns; builds insights in collaboration with the brand and value team.

Requirements

● Master's degree in related fields. ● More than 5 years of experience in the same position. ● High level in market research skills. ● Knowledge of principles and methods for communicating, promoting, and selling consumer products. ● Good knowledge of English. ● Advanced data mining skills. ● Excellence in R or Python programming language. ● Familiar with FMCG market.
