Job Description

The Marketing Director is responsible for planning, directing, managing, and coordinating the marketing and promoting of a specific product and brand as assigned, and supervise marketing teams for the execution of such plans while maintaining abidance by policies and procedures and attempting targeted goals of performance as well as oversee the execution of marketing activities that will positively contribute to the development of company brands and sub-brands. Accountabilities: ● Propose a marketing strategy for the product’s brand, sub-brand in order to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and major stakeholders. ● Achieve budgeted sales and marketing income for specific brands by controlling costs within defines advertising, promotional, market research, and PR budgets. ● Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies for specific brands in line with company strategic goals and priorities, by identifying market trends, commercial opportunities, and brand potential in the market. ● Develop and implement marketing plans which optimize profitability and growth opportunities based on the best analytical support including market projections, growth opportunities, swing management considerations, and tariff levels against identified risk levels. ● Ensure that consumer marketing strategies, product development, public relation, competitive pricing and advertisement programs, etc. are effectively put in place, in order to achieve maximum sales and market growth. ● Identify and exploit new opportunities within specific brands and products for line extensions, product positioning, and trade distribution to develop the business in line with company strategic direction and, in particular, focus on ever-greening successful existing brands. ● Based on feedback received or analysis of trends and preferences of clients, provide inputs for review of marketing initiatives in order to improve customer satisfaction. ● Develop an effective media strategy and research media trends to determine behavior patterns and new trends and leverage these for the advantage of the company. ● Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and competitive activity be minimized.

Requirements

● At least 6 years of experience in the management of marketing, promotion, and creative section, preferably with experience in an international context. ● Ability to meet branding objectives. ● Effective communication and interpersonal skills. ● Proficiency in English. ● Innovative thinking skills. ● Planning and organization skills. ● Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. ● Research and analytical skills.
