Job Description

We are looking for a talented person to join the strategic planning and insight team who is passionate about data gathering and quantitative or qualitative analysis, and market research to ensure the company’s marketing activities are timely, efficient, and cost-effective. You will be in charge of all research projects and product project activities including retail audit, NPI performance review, and campaign effectiveness measurement. Responsibilities: ● Identify and define the objective of an assigned market research project; determine the best methods to use to meet those objectives. ● Draft questionnaires, polls, surveys, and other data collection resources. ● Summarize and analyze data; makes recommendations related to research findings. ● Identify potential new products or markets through research. ● Perform other related duties as assigned. ● Design specific research methods such as questionnaires. ● Collaborate and manage the research agencies with regard to all the defined projects. ● Monthly report of the economist report, Iran Stock Exchange, MoIMT, etc.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or Marketing. ● 3 to 4 years of experience in market research. ● Proficiency in statistics, research, and analytical skills. ● Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Ability to translate complex concepts and methodologies into easily understood language.
