● Researching the market and identifying business opportunities. ● Analyzing the organization's environmental threats and opportunities, and making decisions in accordance with the organization's macro strategies and planning to attract market opportunities. ● Developing and implementing marketing and digital marketing and branding strategies. ● Periodic formulation of marketing budget plans and implementation of approved market development plans. ● Continuously updating knowledge of the functional capabilities of the organization and the organization's competitors. ● Data analysis and statistical interpretation, converting data and information into decision-making charts and graphs and compiling management reports.

Requirements

● Master's degree in Management or Industrial Engineering. ● At least 9 years of work experience. ● Proficient in English. ● Getting to know the construction industry. ● Getting to know the companies and contractors related to the construction field in the target countries. ● Getting to know the materials and structures in the target countries. ● Ability to search library resources. ● Ability to analyze data and interpret statistics. ● Proficient in statistical software such as SPSS. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office. ● Ability in basic financial calculations and dynamic computational mind. ● Proficient in strategic analysis methods and tools. ● Proficient in strategic marketing concepts. ● Proficient in research method concepts. ● Proficient in strategic analysis.
