Your mission in Zarrin Roya is to identify and understand the consumer preferences of various product features and functions.
● To implement market research projects for a product test.
● To identify the value created for the consumer by adding different features to the product.
● To identify the reasonable cost from the consumer's point of view for different features to help determine the appropriate pricing strategy.
● To continuously review and recognize the competitors' products and compare their features to provide more optimal suggestions.
● To identify the product’s strengths and weaknesses for improving and fixing them.
● To collaborate with the brand team for product development (NPD).
● To hold the workshop in collaboration with CI to develop the concept for new features.
● To identify the innovations made at the international level.
● To review and analyze consumer feedback while using the new foreign product samples.
● To perform research projects on customer experience (Usage Experience) in different stages of consumption.
● To continuously review and improve the methodologies of conducting relevant research projects.
● To define and manage the projects requested by the research and development unit from the market research agency channel.
● To integrate the research results and provide relevant analysis.
● To create an optimal and sustainable relationship with research agencies to provide more efficient results.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Social Sciences, Management, Psychology, and other related fields.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Systemic thinking skills.
● Outcome-oriented, consumer-oriented.
● Change leadership skills.
● Familiar with Product Development (NPD), Consumer Market Research, and Product Recognition.
● Familiar with statistical software.
● Fluent in MS Office.
