Job Description

● Help with time and daily management, of meetings, correspondence, and note-taking. ● Prioritize emails and phone calls, gather documents to prepare for meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. ● Prepare reports, file and organize documents, recording meeting minutes. ● Manage director’s calendar and set up meetings. ● Research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation. ● Use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software. ● Handle requests and queries of the director appropriately. ● Accompany the director in travels and missions in case of need. ● Attend meetings between the director and team and clients to make real-time translations. ● Ensure translated content and conversation conveys original meaning and tone. ● Convert conversations, text, and audio recordings from Farsi to Turkish and vice versa for the director. ● Follow up with director and internal team members to ensure translation meets their needs. ● Stay current with the latest language idioms and cultural references to allow for hyper-realistic translations. ● Assist with other business requirements in need of translation as assigned.

Requirements

● Turkçe fluency is a necessity. ● Additional certificates in other languages are a plus. ● Good oral and written communication skills. ● Flexibility and adaptability. ● Organizational skills and the ability to multitask. ● Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be a party of confidential information. ● Ability to be proactive and take the initiative. ● Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines). ● Prioritization and problem-solving. ● Attention to detail.
