Job Description
● Planning and monitoring the proper performance of the warehouse.
● Supervising the affairs of the warehouse including layout and system ,staff control of the warehouse contacting and attuning with all productive and non -productive units, controlling and attuning in sending goods from the warehouse to production, attuning with internal and external units in order to purchasing and sending goods to the warehouse, controlling, revising and editing the imported and exported documents, direct connection with accounting units.
● Controlling the warehouse according to 5s principles.
● Controlling and mastering in stock-taking at the end of the year with the presence of official auditors from auditing firms.
● Preparing reports in order to issue sheets for identifying the goods in "Hamkaran” system.
● Preparing reports according to warehouses needs.
