Job Description

The LQA specialist plays a significant role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of Professionally Generated Content (PGC) across various formats, primarily product content, per established guidelines and standards. Staying updated on moderation guidelines is essential to maintaining precision in compliance and promoting consistent team performance. The LQA Specialist will contribute proactively to discussions on technical concerns, ambiguities, and potential improvements and will deliver clear, creative rejection reasons and descriptive feedback to facilitate item publication.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality assurance checks on professionally generated content (PGC), primarily product content, including various formats such as text and visuals, following established guidelines and standards.
  • Identify and promptly escalate any content-related issues, discrepancies, or potential areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal content creators and cross-functional teams to address content-related inquiries, concerns, or similar issues that require resolution by associated sellers.
  • Stay alert about specific, exceptional, and occasionally raised guideline points or decisions related to the QA process and ensure precise compliance with guidelines while maintaining consistent team performance.
  • Proactively communicate technical concerns, ambiguities, questions, bugs, and potential improvement suggestions, collaborating with senior specialists and supervisors through agile cases.
  • Provide clear and creative rejection reasons and descriptive feedback to sellers seeking item publication.
  • Develop competence in assigned product categories in terms of guidelines and quality metrics, actively seeking opportunities to learn and support moderation in additional categories.
