● Logistics management in the factory (Qiamdasht).
● Facilitate the import/export processes to ensure compliant, timely, and accurate inventory movements which include shipment, import/export documents, customs clearance, and goods movement to/from the warehouse.
● Maintain required record keeping for all operations activities requirements.
● Organize and monitor logistics staff performance and prepare a development plan for logistics people.
● Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure logistics quality compliance, integration, and optimum service level.
● Manage logistics performance by defining, evaluating, and continuing improvement of KPIs aligned with supply chain objectives.
● Develop and implement logistics practices, principles, policies, and processes aligned with company strategy to improve operational and financial performance.
● Create and manage logistics budget.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
● Fluent in MS Office.
● Gender preference: Male.
● Age range: 35 to 45 years old.
● Familiar with procurement and supply chain management.
● Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
● Good command of English.
● High level of professionalism, punctuality, precision, and reliability.
