Job Description

● Manage and monitor exporting and importing procedures and as well as the documentation and all related matters. ● Monitor and control each shipment and project's cash flow. ● Figure out the transportation issues during the procedure and as well as being able to suggest alternative solutions in order to reach our goals in the earliest possible time with the least transportation costs. ● Update sales experts and clients about the latest shipment status. ● Report daily, weekly and monthly activities to the related manager. ● Book shipment with agents. ● Follow up on hand shipments with agents and update customers. ● File the shipment information in internal systems.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or Business Management from prestigious state universities with a high GPA. ● At least 1 year of experience in the logistic field (related experience). ● Fluent in English. ● Fluent in INCOTERMS. ● Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel). ● Ability to solve problems, work under pressure and meet required deadlines. ● Strong communications and Interested in teamwork. ● Strong understanding of the shipping and logistic process. ● Ideal age range: 22 to 28 years old.
