● Ensure order validation, compliance, and approvals before applying for order entry and collecting all required documents.
● Manage the entire process of fulfilling a customer order from inquiry to allocation and shipment to ensure those customer requirements are met.
● Monitor customer over dues, proactive payment follow-up with the customers.
● Management of logistical issues with customers, service providers, delivery sites, and other concerned parties (incl. NCM handling).
● Work with credit management, logistics, accounting, sales, and other functions within the business.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or Chemistry is preferred).
● Experience in customer support and service, logistics preferably in a multinational company.
● Fluent in English both written and spoken.
● Proficiency in MS Office.
● Strong communication skills and team working ability.
