Job Description

The Local Purchasing Specialist at Zarrin includes purchasing and selecting the suppliers in order to make purchases with desirable quality at the right time. The core tasks and responsibilities can be listed below: ● To identify and review potential suppliers. ● To establish effective relationships with suppliers. ● To monitor and review the products received from suppliers in accordance with the desired and defined requirements. ● To provide offers, ask for getting prices, and to negotiate with suppliers. ● To provide technical and specialized reports related to purchasing records cost control. ● To prepare and conclude the relevant contracts. ● To comply with the rules and instructions defined in the organization. ● To manage and execute events and campaigns.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. ● Familiar with the internal purchase process and contracts. ● At least 2 years of related experience. ● High communication, negotiation, and analytical skills ● Creative and innovative, outcome-oriented, and communicative. ● Familiarity with Excel and SAP.
