Job Description

The main responsibilities are: ● Contracts drafting – both in Farsi and English. ● General legal advisory in relation to various areas as inquired by internal departments. ● Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and legal developments as applicable to the FMCG sector. ● Liaising with external law firms. ● Preparing and revising memoranda, general meetings, and board of directors’ minutes as required. ● Performing other tasks as assigned or required.

Requirements

● Master’s degree in Law ● 3 to 5 years of experience as an in-house in a company or associate in a law firm. ● Good command of English. ● Bar Certificate is an advantage
