Job Description

● Direct legal policies and procedures. ● Provide the company with legal consultation, secure the company's business structure to be in line with local, international regulations as well as company policies. ● Supervise drafting of the agreements and/or comment on the draft of agreements provided by suppliers. ● Final control/approval of agreements/legal documents to be signed by authorized signatories of the company. ● Advise top management on a day to day business, mid-term/long-term planning. ● Supervise legal arrangements outside the company. ● Advise on corporate governance and compliance matters. ● Liaise with corporate legal division: to share the main points on a regular basis, to raise the probable risks, apply relevant instructions assigned by parent company, etc. ● Participation in negotiation team in case of need. ● Analysis of new rules and regulations from time to time.

Requirements

● Master's degree in International Commercial Law or Private Law. ● Fluency in English (French is an advantage). ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, good ability to translate and arrange documents in English. ● At least 5 years of relevant experience. ● Negotiation, confidentiality, and accountability skills. ● Good self-confidence, good communication skills, analytical thinker, and attention to detail.
