Job Description

Our company is looking for an experienced legal contract expert who knows how to handle all types of contracts from standard utilities to vendor negotiations. It is important to have good and comprehensive knowledge of domestic law. In addition, you must be familiar with the business environment and it is preferred to be about Tech company and their functions and structures. Lastly, with a passion for learning and advancement, as well as accuracy and excellent communication skills, you are able to play an effective role in Karnameh's contract team. Responsibilities: ● Draft, review, and comment on different types of contracts in both English and Persian. ● Draft and review agreements and documents following respective legal policies and strategies. ● Consider key legal topics including liability, indemnities, intellectual property, data protection, and standard form of contracts. ● Participate in meetings as a legal representative with various internal and external parties and provide legal analysis, draft legal documents, and minutes. ● Prepare, draft, and review various types of legal letters and similar documents including notices, warnings, revocation, termination, declarations, etc. ● Assist the legal team in various referred matters (registration and litigation matters). ● Structure, draft, and review reports and other legal documents. ● Research and study referred subjects. Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Law from reputable state universities; Master's degree in Private Law or International Trade Law is a plus. ● At least three years of relevant work experience as an in-house lawyer. ● Familiarity with registration matters. ● Outstanding communication skills and good knowledge of English. ● Excellent time management skills. ● Proficient with MS Office (Word, and Excel). ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while performing repetitive and routine tasks with high quality. ● Team-oriented. ● Ability to meet deadlines, and willingness to put in the extra hours when required. ● Highly motivated with excellent organizational skills. ● High level of accuracy and attention to detail are must-have characteristics for this role.
