Job Description
As a legal and compliance intern you will be responsible for assisting the legal and compliance manager and counsel with reviewing and revising agreements drafts and implementing of compliance and business ethics policies. In this function, you will be responsible to: ● Review the drafts and compare English and Farsi versions. ● Apply the revisions instructed by the L&C manager to the drafts. ● Do necessary follow-ups on contract flow. ● Assist with legal and compliance training and prepare relevant presentations. ● Assist with defining procedures. ● Assist with keeping and improving databases, including physical and electronic. ● Support for implementation of L&C policies and identify violations.
Requirements
● Fresh graduate in Law from recognized universities. ● Any work experience will be an advantage. ● Knowledge of database software, and email systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook. ● Stakeholders’ management skill is a great advantage. ● Great communicational skills. ● Works independently and is a dedicated team player who focuses on results. ● Fluent level of English. About the department In this position, you will report to the legal and compliance manager and will be a part of the NN Pars legal and compliance team.
