● Apply and follow training plans based on available standards, policies, and relevant procedures, evaluate the effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
● Proactively analyze organization learning and development needs, identify and seek professional solutions to be implemented.
● Provide training content and presentations by translating data and suggesting adjustments to align with company needs.
● Contribute and support ongoing processes in training management software and suggest improvements for better results.
● Apply and follow development projects, policies, and relevant instructions including conducting technical exams and panel interviews, while considering allocated deadlines.
● Perform as a facilitator for some internal training sessions.
● Provide general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms, and fixed or demanding reports.
● Maintain a collaborative relationship with operations and services teams as their partner, and provide feedback or support to colleagues, when required.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant fields; Master’s degree is preferred.
● Familiar with learning and development concepts, practices, and standards.
● At least 2 years of related experience, preferably in a large organization.
● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop recommendations.
● Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills, balancing conflicting demands and meeting deadlines.
● Fluency in English (all constituent skills).
