About Snapp Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to Snapp drivers who use their private cars offering transportation services. We are ambitious, passionate, engaged, and excited about pushing the boundaries of the transportation industry to new frontiers and be the first choice of each user in Iran. Responsibilities: ● Assess training needs based on business needs. ● Design, plan and organize training programs for employees. ● Monitor, evaluate, or record training data or program effectiveness. ● Provide a variety of training techniques such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, lectures or micro-learning. ● Develop and maintain E-learning Systems. ● Select and assign instructors to conduct training. ● Negotiate contracts with clients for desired training outcomes, fees, or expenses. ● Improving training procedures and process. ● Monitor training dashboards and KPIs. ● Analyze Training data and prepare required reports.

Requirements

● Good Knowledge of MS Office (word, Excel, PowerPoint). ● Good knowledge about training processes and programs. ● Fluent in English (writing and reading good). ● Knowledge about human resources processes. ● Active learning. ● Good communication skills. ● Attention to details.
