Job Description

  • Comply with the requirements of regulatory and technical documents for the correct operation of process equipment in the Oil preparation and pumping shop, and take timely measures to eliminate identified violations.
  • Monitor the correctness of the maintenance of the technological regime for the preparation and pumping of Oil, Gas, and produced water in accordance with the approved technological regulations, passports, plans, and measures. Correct the actions of maintenance personnel in maintaining the technological regime of objects.
  • Develop measures to improve the efficiency of the equipment for the preparation and pumping of Oil, Gas, and water, reduce losses and improve the quality of the prepared products.
  • Develop flow charts, instructions, and diagrams, and make changes to technical documentation in connection with the adjustment of technological processes and modes of preparation and pumping of Oil, taking into account the requirements of industrial safety and safe methods of performing operations.
  • Constantly monitor the operational accounting of Oil, Gas, and commercial water, its quality, and volumes of pumping from Oil treatment facilities.
  • Develop measures to reduce Oil losses, reduce the consumption of demulsifiers and monitor their implementation.
  • Monitor compliance with the approved consumption rates of basic and auxiliary materials, and chemicals. reagents, with the preparation of annual applications for their purchase, and control over the timing of the purchase.
  • Participate in the conduct of an expert survey in order to determine the technical condition and extend the service life of apparatuses, technological pipelines, technical devices, and equipment involved in the process of preparation and delivery of Oil.
  • Control accounting for the release of Oil and commercial water to contractors and third parties for fuel and technological needs.
  • Calculate the required amount of chemicals for preparing Oil and protecting equipment from corrosion, and controls their consumption rates and storage conditions.
  • Develop organizational and technical measures to ensure the fulfillment of planned targets for the preparation and pumping of Oil, and the preparation and pumping of produced water. Analyze and monitor their implementation.
  • Organize daily control, accounting for the flow of oily liquid in the DU. Study of technical documentation and preparation of newly installed equipment for operation: inspection, testing, certification, and maintenance;
  • Control to provide daily monitoring of the safe operation and integrity of the tanks. Control to provide over-the-tank measurements.
  • Analyze the need for materials and equipment, propose in the procurement plan:
  • - The cost of materials and equipment;
  • - Supply of materials and equipment in accordance with the regulatory deadlines;
  • - Completing the range of materials and equipment according to the type of purchase (centralized/decentralized);
  • - Availability of additional accompanying documentation (questionnaires, terms of reference, drawings, specifications, etc.).
  • - Making reports.
  • Interact with procurement specialists regarding the development of questionnaires and technical specifications for the manufacture of the necessary equipment. Consider alternative proposals, and suppliers in the conditions of centralized/decentralized procurement, and participate in the coordination, and technical evaluation of suppliers of materials and equipment.
  • Execute administrative documents (orders, orders), execute independent, not related to any document, instructions of the head (including in electronic form).
  • Execute documents (minutes, letters, memos, plans, etc.) containing specific instructions for responding to a document, deadlines that require the preparation of a response, events, a report, etc.
  • Implement risk management procedures, including organizing and conducting risk analysis and assessment, developing risk management measures, carrying out subsequent monitoring of the implementation of measures, and reassessing risks, assigned to itself in the risk register.
  • Participate in risk sessions to discuss the risks of your division/line of business, as well as cross-functional risks (risks at the intersection of functions, and general risks of the enterprise).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Technology for Oil and Gas industries; Process Development, and Operations in Oil and Gas fields.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Oil and Gas; one year of experience in the field of Oil processing function.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
