We support all our trading products and services using various technologies and systems. Our team builds, tests, and debugs the company's server-side apps and databases to ensure our network runs smoothly and functions properly. We work closely with product owners to understand and translate business requirements into technical requirements to enhance the scalability of our system and APIs. The role: As our Lead Developer, you’ll be involved in every aspect of the software and web development lifecycle. With your quick problem-solving and critical thinking skills, you’ll develop effective solutions to fix technical difficulties and complex issues. To build a strong development team, you will mentor and lead the developers in your team to design, code, test, and analyze software and applications according to the current technology and business needs. Challenges: ● Design, develop, and document technical specifications for the designs of our systems. ● Enhance the efficiency of infrastructure services through extensive research and development. ● Identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the Quality Assurance team. ● Lead code reviews and write high-quality, scalable, and efficient code. ● Provide the Front-end team with the necessary features and components to deliver a seamless digital experience for our customers.
Requirements
● More than 9 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on architecture and design. ● Extensive knowledge of information security and data protection. ● Hands-on experience using open-source systems such as OpenStack and Kubernetes. ● Strong experience in the unit and integration testing. ● Good knowledge of other disciplines such as product development and project management. ● Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions. ● Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Preferred experience: ● Solid knowledge and application of modern standards and practices. ● Ability to evaluate current processes, identify improvements, and guide a team to deliver the improvements.
