Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages active participation and curiosity.
- Observe and assess the progress of each child, tailoring activities to meet individual learning needs.
- Facilitate both individual and group activities to promote social and academic growth.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and development.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and implement school-wide activities and events.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization to create an optimal learning environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Language/Literature or a related field.
- Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their educational development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability in a dynamic teaching environment.
- Experience in early childhood education is preferred.
